The Account Manager (IST) will be the liaison between the sales/operations/presales teams and business clients to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible to penetrate new sectors to create more enterprise accounts, address clients needs proactively, and facilitate the sale processes from the beginning to closure.
The incumbent will showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills to contribute to increased sales and maintain clients relationships at a high standard. The objective is to source and transform opportunities into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
