INSTRUCTOR - AVIATION

OverviewThe instructor will conduct, and assist in the development of, maintenance training programs to enhance the skills of trainees. The instructor will conduct a platform and other instruction with trainee assessment and will provide remedial training where necessary. The instructor will review/amend course material in order to ensure training effectiveness. S/he will also maintain records of training activities and of student attendance.Will also be responsible to:1. Perform instruction on aircraft maintenance fundamentals, safety, inspection, technical publications, aircraft systems and components, aviation regulations and other related topics.2. Work with course developers, providing the necessary technical information and guidance.3. Review, assist in the development of, and/or revise courses using the systems approach (SAT).4. Prepare program syllabi detailing maintenance courses which will be conducted to produce employees qualified to perform aircraft maintenance.
