Inspection Engineer ADNOC Abu Dhabi

Implement the company’s corrosion control policies and standards related to chemical Inhibition, Internal Corrosion Monitoring, Materials Selection/Specification, Failure Analysis, Coating Specification, Inspection & Evaluation, Data Gathering and Processing and other Miscellaneous Corrosion Inspections.

• Perform periodic reviews to upgrade general corrosion control and inspection standards, procedures, and systems and update the company’s Corrosion and Inspection Management System

• Review the integrity and inspection assessment reports and advise on the repair techniques, materials’ selection, welding procedures, and inspection and testing requirements.

• Prepare the inspection activity scope of work, method statements, job plans and relevant inspection test plan (ITP), and procedures.

• Investigate failures to identify causes and assess equipment fitness for purpose. Formulate recommendations to prevent recurrences, highlights areas of concern and advises where improvements of protective systems/mitigation measures are needed.
