- Continuously improve the process of innovation and service design
- Manage the innovation pipeline by collaborating with stakeholders and service owners
- Plan, lead and manage service design projects and teams
- Engage with clients through presentations, facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions
- Develop design strategy collaboratively with clients, and design team
