Job Description

- Project Delivery
- Manage multiple projects throughout various stages of the project life cycle, and collaborate with IT, Business and Vendor resources to deliver expected outcomes
- Institute appropriate Steering and Operational Governance, and conduct project phase stage-gate reviews with Project Management Office (PMO)
- Provide leadership to diagnose and overcome barriers to team/project progress, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Identify project uncertainties, alternative resource plans, scope changes, and other risks for both client and the Company
- Prepare overall (integrated) project management plan in conjunction with Project Sponsor/Customer and report on deliverables, outputs and progress against this plan
