The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support directly to the owner and founder of the company at both personal and professional levels. Must be discrete, and have a can-do attitude who is a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.
Acting as the point of contact
Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Help with daily time management
Run errands as requested
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate events and engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain an office filing system
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
A college or University degree is preferable.
