- Candidate must possess good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Candidate must possess certification in Lean Manufacturing. (Ex. Lean Six Sigma, Lean Certification from TUV)
- Must have in-depth knowledge about various tools and techniques used in systems to reduce the cost.
- Must have hands-on experience in Layout preparation, Modification & and periodic updating with software such as AutoCAD.
- Must know the preparation of RFQ, Technical discussion with vendor & and awareness about Installation and commissioning.
- Must know Workstation arrangement & Ergonomic study.
- Must have implemented Productivity improvement projects.
- Must possess awareness of Industry Manufacturing 4.0 with the latest automation tools and techniques.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
- Knowledge acquired in 2-5 years in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering
