Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully guide students in theory and assignments
The ability to communicate effectively with others and express complex ideas
Master active listening skills to understand and adapt to the diverse learning needs of students
Understanding students' personalities to choose the appropriate curriculum, methods and strategies they need
Oratory and oral presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Advanced technical skills to track students' attendance and grades and provide creative lessons
Leadership skills and patience in working with students of all ages
