• Follow-up with potential leads and existing customers toshare information on how you can help them grow their marketshare
• Manage an ongoing pipeline ofcustomers to deliver revenue consistently at or above sales targetlevel
• Provide consultation to customersregarding new products and services that will enhance theirprofile.
• Provide issue resolutions withinour scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions orthird party steps as appropriate
