In patient - Medical Billing Executive

Job Description

Job Discription We are looking for IP Medical Biller for Zulekha Hospital Sharjah. • Complete and accurate IP Billing of patient records for the classification of all procedures using Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and DHA codes sets for assigned customer for billing and compliance purposes. • Transfers insurance claims and billing data to billing software • Maintain patient confidentiality • Follow up with the pending IP bills • Manages IP And OP Bills • Adheres to the companies' policies and procedures while ensuring the adherence to all rules and regulations of all applicable regulators and accrediting bodies. • Creates reports or data aggregation as needed • Maintains the confidentiality of employees, patients, administrative staff and functions, and medical staff information with no infractions. • Works as a team to meet customer's goals. • Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. • Ensure all claims are submitted with a goal of zero errors. • Meet deadlines. • Reading and interpreting insurance explanation of benefits. • Make necessary arrangements for medical records requests, completion of additional information requests, etc. as requested by insurance companies. • Regularly meet with Account Manager to discuss and resolve reimbursement issues or billing obstacles. • Attend monthly staff meetings and continuing educational sessions as requested. • Perform additional related duties as requested by Supervisory or Management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor degree Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years as IP Billing Executives Candidate with Medical Coding certificate will be preferred
