Responsibilities:
Site visit to insure Construction work quality and adjust work progress.
Prepare site notes and add work progress to the data system.
Apply and prepare report of site visit for invisibility requirement (Land Dividing)
Check, review drawing and document details.
Review estimated prices to insure market rate proper evaluation.
Prepare letter of notes for project design.
Review analyses and evaluates all tender bids and advice proper notes.
