Our client is a lifestyle company in Dubai hiring a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist.

What will you do?

• Create, review, edit, and update content for the company website, social media, marketing materials, and similar platforms
  
• Develop innovative and engaging social media strategies to connect with our audience
• Monitor traffic metrics and community growth and engagement
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers
• Develop weekly and monthly social media calendar
  
• Must be familiar with running paid social campaigns on the given budget and achieve defined goals

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• Experience with IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube
• Knowledge of creating video content
• Professional certification on Meta or IG
• Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite
  
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• General knowledge of SEO and internet ranking for web content
• Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy
