- To ensure implementation of the required policies of the Hotels Statutory Manual (Health &Hygiene, Food Safety Procedures) within National Law and that all standards are met.
- Must be at least High School graduate
- Posses Certificate in Food Hygiene/ HACCP Principles
- Good English Command (oral and written)
- Ability to train, coach people and write reports
- Ability to flag health and safety issues to Executive Chef and work towards correcting them
