Area Manager

Do you have an interest in emergency services, virtual reality and game design? Do you have a creative and solution-driven mindset? Then we re looking for you!

We are looking for an experienced game designer to join our development team in Delft, the Netherlands. Leaning on your talent for designing compelling gameplay elements, you will work closely with our production staff to realise new developments in our software products.

What we ask:

• You are comfortable with all aspects of game design. From prototyping to level design, but also narrative and system design, UX / UI, Testing, etc.
• You are eager to learn and tackle a wide variety of topics in the civil safety and security domain.

• Willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, though we won t ask you to do anything we wouldn t do ourselves.
• You are self-motivated, pro-active and you have the ability to work both independently without close supervision, as well as in a dynamic team environment.
• You like to be part of a team and to foster a common understanding between our various departments.

Your profile:

• You have a creative and solution-driven mindset.

• You re fluent in English, both verbal and written (Dutch-speaking is a plus).
• You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You have at least one year of prior experience working in the 3D gaming industry.
• Experience with a gaming engine like Unity is a plus.
• Affinity with our target group or (serious) games in the simulation domain is a plus.
