Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, water engineering, or related field.
Deep knowledge of the principles of water engineering, hydrology and climatology.
Ability to use hydrological modeling and statistical analysis programs to estimate flows and torrents.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret hydrological data and estimate water resource needs.
Ability to design and evaluate water management and flood control projects.
Deep understanding of environmental impacts and impacts on water resources and the aquatic environment.
