- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC duct systems.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to HVAC technicians and other team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and project specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of HVAC technicians, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and hours worked for billing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and budgets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during duct system installations or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC duct systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
