- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the hotel's operation and maintenance department.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.
- Install and connect HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and wiring.
- Test and adjust HVAC system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of HVAC supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
- Respond to emergency HVAC calls as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete HVAC projects.
- Assist in training and providing guidance to junior technicians.
