- Be the talent magnet: Attract and hire top players through strategic internal promotions, transfers, and external recruitment efforts ( E.g. advertising open roles, crafting job descriptions, resume handling, attending hiring events, and creating company promotional events like college tours).
- Craft the onboarding and offboarding journeys: Welcome new recruits with a seamless process, setting them up for success from day one. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
- Fuel growth and development Identify skill gaps, design training programs, and equip our team with the knowledge they need to shine.
- Performance appraisals & beyond: Help management and team leads conduct fair and insightful evaluations, manage compensation, and guide career growth through promotions.
