Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding and orientation.
  • Labor & Immigration - process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements including off boarding through to final settlement.
  • Monitor and manage leave and sickness absence.
  • Talent / performance management – manage the probation and annual performance review process - including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback ; collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities for employees.
  • Employee relations - provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE Labor Law and best practice.
  • Payroll, medical insurance & compensation – manage payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and medical insurance administration.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 5 -8 years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in a trading and distribution organization with deep working knowledge of UAE recruitment and employee relations and UAE Labor Law.
  • Experience in dealing with employee relations – provide guidance to managers and employees to address concerns and conflicts.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to work in Dubai.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Capable of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information including salaries and benefits.
  • Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
