- Assist the recruitment process with sourcing and facilitating interview schedules.
- Liaise with Agencies for the documentation of overseas candidates, ticket issuance, and onboarding instructions.
- Support the administrative part of the new hire process: collecting all documents necessary documents such as civil ID, passport, work permit, educational certificates, photo, and completed personal forms, and preparing the offer letter. .
- Responsible for the onboarding process, i.e., staying in touch with the candidates, answering their questions, sending them relevant information, updating the Hiring Manager fortnightly, and coordinating with the IT and Procurement department for workstation requirements and biometric enrollment. .
- Timely update of the recruitment tracker and onboarding tracker.
