- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain records of all safety-related incidents, including injuries, illnesses, and property damage.
