- Collaborate with the APAC Talent Acquisition team to handle recruitment processes in Vietnam.
- Coordinate with Global Learning & Development to execute in-house and public training.
- Assist the HR Manager in managing payroll information for processing with outsourced vendors.
- Implement Employee Engagement activities to increase engagement level across the organisation.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures effectively.
- Manage the administration of benefit programs including health, retirement, death, disability, unemployment, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations including Ethics & Compliance.
