- Drive business development activities with targeted garment factory manufacturing groups
- Develop and execute detailed factory account penetration plans
- Engage in seasonal pricing negotiations with factory clients
- Manage a team of direct associates located in Vietnam
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless sales follow through at global manufacturing locations
- Analyse sales results and competitive sales trends against established plans and goals
- Keep management informed of economic, competitive and other factors affecting sales
