- Responsible for Gulf Recruitment ( Software Industry)
- Advertising staff vacancies, Assessing applications, Interviewing applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
- Providing staff training and development
- Operating pay and benefits policies
- Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
- Overseeing employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities
- Determining staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization's objectives
- Analyzing the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements
- Support in other different HR Functions
