The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and handson role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Last Mile team in Saudi Arabia. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. As such the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems creating contingency plans managing multiple priorities problem solving and organizing logistics. Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized prioritized and on time while also serving as a go to for all areas and departments which dovetail with HR. This candidate will help foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere.

This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management organizational effectiveness workforce planning and employee engagement. In addition they will own programs that run across the broader HR team. To be successful in this role you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with datadriven recommendations that improve performance retention and the overall employee experience.
To succeed you will need a flexible skill set including the ability to think strategically execute tactically and collaborate across many teams levels and situations.

Key job responsibilities

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives productivity and development of HR within the company
  • A true handson approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Coaching and mentoring at management level
  • Success in creating and driving effective development employee relations retention and reward programs
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

Jeddah 09 SAU

Masters Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
  • 3 years human resource business partner experience
  • Resume that shows steady progression in HR
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen including strong problem solving skills critical thinking and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Labor related laws and statutes.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing warehousing operational sites would be an advantage
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office Excel and data related tools.
