Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 7+ years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role and call center HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in major countries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
