• Payroll preparation and processing
• Year End Review process: Merit increases, bonus management and letters etc.
• Position & requisition management, pre –screening candidates and recruitment
• Employee Annual Leave administration
• Market Comp-Ratio administrator
• Process employee requests (HRA Advance, benefits-related entitlement claims, etc.)
• On-boarding of new joiners
• Update employee salary list monthly
• Employee End of Service benefits calculations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedure
• HR letter automation (Salary Letters, Service Certificates, etc.)
• HR reports and data analytics.
• Audit reporting
• Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Finance, IT etc.
• Administer all visa and work permits for employee and dependents liaising with local UAE govt ministries (JAFZA):
• Provide expert advice to business and employees of all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures.
