Job Description :
Sourcing of new staffs based on the requirments of staffs.

Responsibilities :
1 Review of rworkforce equirements of he client.
2. Prepare the sourcing stratgy of fetching the candiatesS and implement the same
3. Reviwe the documents received and conact the eligible candidates, collect the required documents and based on the eligiblity forward the same to client.Coordinate with the client forthier interview.

Consduct the interview with cient and make arrangments for thei final placement

Qualification :
1.Graduate in any field, ANy addidtional management qualification will be an added preference.
2. Good knowledge of sorcing the candidates
3. GOod in English and Hindia. Arabic and other international langauges will bail lbe an added benefit
