We are looking for a well experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to work on a ahort term project in the UAE.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
Designs, implements, and manages salary and compensation programs.
- Conducts benchmarking market and industry trends across the region in terms of salary and benefits.
- Recommends, adjusts and implements new competitive compensation and benefits structure.
- Conducts market analysis of the compensation and benefits within the organization.
- Reviews performance results with across with the current company pay structure.
- Collaborates with the development of job descriptions for various positions / all positions and determines appropriate compensation and benefits structure.
- Responsible to conduct competitive analysis, merit increases and salary pay structure.
- Maintains accurate compensation and benefits processes to support the payroll, benefit administration and benefit communication.
- Coordinates and collaborates with the process and acquisition of the insurance coverage programs.
- Liaises as the representative for all health plan representative and employee benefits.
- Oversees pension and saving plans of the organization.
- Provides professional advice for bonuses, incentives, and salary increase requests.
- Monitors and reviews performance evaluation results and analyzes reports with the current pay structures.
- Prepares and communicate materials regarding the benefits package of all employees.
- Conducts and analyzes surveys to determine appropriate compensation and benefits structure for all employees.
- Identifies and allocates annual increment budget for each department and ensures compliance to allocations.
- Researches ways to offer excellent benefits while maintaining costs for both the organization and the employees
- Develops and disseminates management reports on employee turnover, salary inequity, and various other reports involving compensation and/or classification
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation & Benefits field.
- Preferably with regional & Middle East Experience
- Experience in compensation and benefits programs and models.
- Demonstrable experience with job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Knowledgeable of Human Resources processes and procedures.
- Knowledgeable with financial management and has budgeting skills.
- Knowledgeable with the structure of compensation and benefits packages, KPIs, balanced score card, bonuses/incentives and others (particularly for C suite level)
- Familiar and well versed with the Labor Laws of UAE and other Middle East countries.
The candidate should be able to commence work immediately and work on a short term assignment.
