We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR and Admin Specialistto join our team and play a key role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational training needs.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing effective training programs to address identified gaps.
  • Sound understanding of Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with the ability to align them with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in managing the performance management system including setting objectives conducting appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Capable of handling organizational development tasks to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proficient in crafting comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect job roles and responsibilities.
  • Able to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities capable of managing multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled in engaging with employees at all levels to address HRrelated concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Adept problem solver with excellent decisionmaking skills capable of resolving complex HR issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development duties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Can use and handle MenaMe System is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships with employees and managers
