Open Position: Level 3, Wintel Systems Engineer (MNC Company)

An MNC company is currently hiring for Level 3, Wintel Systems Engineer to join the team and be based in the Selangor

Key responsibilities include:

• Good Level 3 technical experience in supporting and administrating Windows Technology Platforms such as Active Directory, Citrix, GPO, SCCM, Windows 10, VDI and etc
  
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Networking, Backup, Security, Server, Storage and Virtualization platforms
  
• Having experience in application and systems hardening including patching, upgrade and etc
  
• Good experience in change, request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement, implementing bigfix and long term solutions
  
• Good experience in leading IT projects through planning, testing and implementation phases to meet business objective
  
• Good technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve Technical IT issues
  
• Good communication skills and working in a regional remote team
  
• A team player and comfortably working in a diverse team culture based environment
