Ensure Staff Accommodation is checked regularly, all floors, hallways and stairwells to be free from obstruction and anything unusual is reported
Seek out fire and safety hazards
Ensure complete incident logs are maintained.
Responsible for issuing, collecting and exchanging of all Staff Accommodation linens
Maintain the storage areas in the accommodation
Assist Housing Manager in welcoming new associates and to arrange their accommodation prior to their arrival
Assist in maintaining order, discipline and service associates housing facilities through efficient and courteous operation
Maintain high standard of cleanliness in and around the staff accommodation facility
Assist in coordinating with the outside cleaning & maintenance contractors to maintain excellent standards
