Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures for the housekeeping department.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members.
