Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and stored properly.
Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet washing and window washing, as needed.
Refill and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or security risks to the appropriate department.
Follow all health and safety regulations and directives.
Assist guests with any requests or inquiries regarding the cleaning service.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective and efficient cleaning operations.
Required profile of candidates
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Strong communication and communication skills.
