Job Description
Experience and Education: Previous experience in housekeeping management or working in hotels or hospitality is preferred. A degree is not required, but education or professional certifications in hospitality management may be an advantage.
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead, direct and motivate the domestic work team to provide the best possible service. Ability to plan and organize household chores effectively.
Communication skills: The ability to communicate well with customers and the work team, and understand customer needs and deal with them efficiently.
Knowledge of household operations: Good understanding of maintenance, cleanliness, and other household matters, including time management and planning various household duties.
