Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas
Change bed linens and replace towels
Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good condition
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service
Adhere to health and safety standards
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
