- Greeting guests/customers upon approaching the desk area and making them feel welcomed.
- Administering proper bookings.
- Providing guests/customers informative details regarding different tours and other packages.
- Assigns bookings and taking care of administrative duties.
- Delivering mail and messages.
- Processing guest payments.
- Coordinating with drivers, operations managers and department head.
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport, tours, offers and other promotions.
- Accommodating general and unique requests.
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
- Assist the department in dealing with HR System Requests.
- Notify management immediately after any types of complains & feedback raised by the customers.
- Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential
- Attentive to the needs of the Directors and Managers and responds quickly and competently to their requests.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grading of the post.
