We are looking for a Pakistani/Indian Home cook in Al Ain for one of our clients. Must have 2 to 3 years experience in the relevant field. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Home Cook specializing in Pakistani and Indian cuisine to prepare three nutritious and flavorful meals daily. Our ideal candidate should be adept at creating authentic dishes while maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. This role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary expertise and provide delicious timely meals in a home environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare three meals per day (breakfast lunch and dinner) adhering to Pakistani and Indian culinary traditions and flavors.
- Plan menus based on dietary needs preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Procure fresh and quality ingredients while managing inventory efficiently.
- Ensure that all meals are served punctually according to specified meal times.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment following proper hygiene practices.
- Adapt recipes as necessary to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Collaborate with the household to create meal plans considering their tastes and preferences.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Home Cook specializing in Pakistani and Indian cuisine.
Indepth knowledge of authentic Pakistani and Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare diverse meals while adhering to cultural and dietary preferences.
Time management skills to deliver meals punctually.
Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Flexibility to adjust menus based on seasonal ingredients or dietary requirements.
