Job Description

Responsible to minimize the rate of pulling out units from customers’ place.
Execute home services to back up the home service technician if needed. Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions. Acquire the spare parts from the local market for the needed cases. Control the consumption of the spare parts in his region.
Maintain excellent relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
