Skills
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- An excellent team player both within the department and across phases
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and
- Post Graduate/Graduate. Teacher training qualification, preferably with early years/KG
- Minimum 10 years teaching English in a reputed school.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with a proven track record. Should have experience in staff development and change management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting teams of teachers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families from diverse cultural backgrounds
