Account Manager Want to come and join us? Do you want to be part of the next step of Corriculo?

The Role
Under the direction and control of both the Account Management and Business Development Leadership teams, the primary objective of the Account Manager is to secure new clients for Corriculo, and to develop those new client relationships to the point that they become an established client. Acting as an intermediary between new clients, the Delivery Department, and other internal stakeholders, the Account Manager will work to fill both permanent and contract vacancies, whilst exploring opportunities for up-selling and further revenue generation for Corriculo.
The Account Manager will predominantly work on vacancies from clients that are new to Corriculo.

External Responsibilities


  • Follow up on leads that have come from the Business Development process

  • Secure new client relationships through the negotiation of terms of business

  • Focus on up-selling Corriculo services including contracting opportunities.

  • Under the direction of the Business Development Leadership team, working to the long-term aim of converting clients to Corriculo's guaranteed revenue models.

  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders

  • Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the recruitment process, from vacancy qualification through to candidate on-boarding and beyond.

  • Seeking further opportunity for Corriculo at new customers by effectively networking with candidates and clients.


Internal Responsibilities


  • Working with the internal delivery function to successfully place permanent staff.

  • Acting as a conduit between internal teams and external clients.

  • Managing all elements of the vacancy lifecycle

  • Processing and selecting successful candidates from Delivery teams and providing feedback within SLAs.

  • Managing outcomes with internal stakeholders be it rejection / interview / offer.

  • Maintaining various internal documents to allow review of vacancy status and appropriate next steps as required be it further marketing etc
