Qualifications & Experience Required

• A minimum of 5 years of HSEQ experience, specifically in power infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Training in HSE, with IOSH Managing Safely certification or an equivalent qualification highly recommended.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety standards to ensure compliance.
• Support the promotion of personal HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) awareness among all team members and company employees.
• Assist in ensuring that all facilities, tools, equipment, and assets within the area of management responsibility are maintained safely and used correctly.
• Participate in regular inspections and audits of facilities and resources under management responsibility, aiming to identify and eliminate potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.
• Take necessary corrective actions to prevent future incidents and assist others in doing so.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions to the site supervisor or Line Manager and coordinate corrective measures.
• Plan and manage the provision of personal protective equipment.
• Regularly update the Line Manager on various activities through comprehensive safety reports.
