PROJECT DESCRIPTION
8+ Years of Relevant experience in SAP SD OTC/FICO testing is
SAP SD /OTC testing experience - Functional, Integration, Interface,
System(E2E) Testing
* Configuration knowledge not mandatory
* Highly experienced in creation of test plans and test
* Testing Expertise in SAP SD
* Strong in OTC business process
* Contract Management (Billing plans / pricing /Output determination,
Revenue Recog)
* 3rd party processes
* Rush Order process
* Service Order process /
* Delivery &
* Pricing o Return Process
* EDI process
* Integration testing -SAP MM -FI
* Support to automation team about SAP functionality
* Excellent communication skill with experience in client
interactions
* Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee
* Conducting daily shift startup meetings with your
* Ensuring employees are setup in the clocking
* Performing daily
* Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong
communication including safety
* Developing and maintaining relationships with management and
supervisors to resolve employee
* Produce requested management reports for both client and
Management of Epic
* Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and
utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are
filled with quality placements
