Your Talent
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management / Marketing or equivalent
- Advanced understanding of Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing
- At least 10 years in Sales / Retail, preferably in the sport, FMCG, and consulting industries
- At least 4 years leadership experience in a matrix org
- With Key Account Management and presentation experience
- Well-versed with business planning and forecasting
- Fluent in English in both written & spoken.
- Competent in influencing, negotiation, and communication
- Possesses analytical thinking / problem solving skills
- With strategic acumen and business focus
- Results oriented
- Proven interpersonal, presentation and facilitation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams
