- Optimise the enablement process:
- Contribute to the overall enablement strategy and derive engagement tactics for your individual entity target(s).
- Initiate the Entity engagement process and evolve to contractual stage.
- Assign and lead Serco O&M SME’s in the ‘as-is’ assessment of the contract’s O&M capabilities, and design an organizational, process and system target operating model in line with O&M standards.
