- Set-up of the office and or site so that the workforce, plant and materials can move around efficiently and safely. (e.g. hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy)
- Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people.
- Lay down areas and offloading points.
- Knowledge in the usage of key assets such as hoists to ensure planned assets meet the needs of the programme/schedule.
- Working knowledge of key assets such as scaffolding, to adhere with the programme.
