Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and HR Certification
- 8 to 10 years' experience in Human Resources (ideally in Luxury Retail, Hospitality and F&B)
- Strong HR & business acumen and demonstrated ability to improve the various HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise developing & implementing KPIs for the organization.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Decision maker, people management, Detail-oriented & strong commander
We offer upto AED 30,000 per month salary plus visa, medical insurance and annual air-ticket to the right candidate. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Priority will be given to immediate joiners.
