Job Description:

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Health & Benefits. As the Head of Health & Benefits you will be responsible for leading and managing the health and benefits division of our company. This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the health and benefits industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the health and benefits division of Aon
Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Oversee the development and delivery of health and benefits programs and services
Manage a team of health and benefits professionals providing guidance support and development opportunities
Monitor and analyze market trends industry developments and regulatory changes to inform business strategies
Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated solutions for clients
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies
Monitor and manage the financial performance of the health and benefits division
Prepare and present reports to senior management on divisional performance and key initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business Human Resources or a related field; masters degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the health and benefits industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing health and benefits strategies
Strong knowledge of the health and benefits market trends and regulations
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet business objectives
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
Experience working with large and complex clients is preferred
Professional certifications in the health and benefits industry is a plus
