• Structuring & delivering strategic insight to support GPB decision making and influence GPB s strategic direction. This includes formulation of strategy and its execution across local, regional and international private banking businesses.
• Leading strategic projects for GBP executives and managing broad project teams comprising strategy, business and functional staff assembled to implement key initiatives
• Analysing strategic options and developing business and financial plans to support recommendations
• Communication of GPB strategy and strategic insights to key internal and external stakeholders
• Development and execution of market intelligence and competitor monitoring
• Supporting the Balance Scorecard Process for all units within GPB
