Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in an audit or compliance role, designing and testing controls and recommending process and controls improvements.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA/CIA, Audit, Legal, or other related certification.
- Experience in identifying and assessing risks and designing and testing controls.
- Experience executing on large complex projects and initiatives on time and with quality.
- Experience influencing horizontally across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience delivering direction and tone from the top, coaching, then equipping and empowering teams within and outside of the immediate reporting chain.
